About The Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex area
According to the Wall Street Journal, the Dallas-Fort Worth area is one of the top emerging real estate markets in the country. In an index that gauges the return on investment, livability, economic health, real estate supply and demand, median list price, unemployment rate, and daily commute times, DFW was noted to have some of the best suburbs in the country.
Specifically, The New York Times recently named the North Dallas suburb of Euless, as one of the best places in America to live because of its economic conditions, schools, and diversity.
The term North Dallas comprises numerous communities and neighborhoods and is often referred to as any suburb or exurb of North of Dallas, which is mostly located in Dallas County. We conduct most of our business in these neighborhoods which are served by several prominent high schools in Dallas County, Far North Dallas, Denton County.
There are also several well-respected local universities, including Southern Methodist, The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), University of Arlington (UTA), and Texas A&M, TAMU-Dallas campus are among the great schools.
Dallas booming economy is due in part to its traditionally robust businesses like the oil industry and its reinvention as a tech town with global semiconductor manufacturer Texas instruments (TI) headquartered there. There are numerous Fortune 500 companies also located in Dallas including AT&T, Energy Transfer Partners, CBRE Group, and South West Airlines.
